Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Drive in store presence in line with Perfect Store standards.
Increase permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations in store above competition.
Maintain and Increase product range in all stores.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Coverage of defined territory. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.
Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a costeffective manner.
Proficiency in retailer ways of working (terminology) increasing opportunities to expand instore presence.
Retail satisfaction responses should highlight sales effectiveness to include category education current state of business for account quality of sales call
SHORT TERM SALES DRIVERS
Drive execution of agreed and over and above national and local promotion opportunities.
Report noncompliance in a timely manner.
Drive precall sales in Large Format retailers.
Presell to accounts all promotional activity. 306090day outlook on activity.
Responsible to drive effective communication and partnership amongst RBDC distribution team. Ensuring best in class account service.
Lead all market activations to instore activations for all accounts.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Employee frequently is required to walk and sit.
Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds of inventory as needed.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Moving lifting and placement of inventory and advertising displays in furtherance of sales functions.
Regularly operate a motor vehicle in excess of 10000 pounds.
Responsible for overall safety and safe operation of motor vehicle
Qualifications :
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent sales skills
Good mathematical skills
Organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer contracts
Valid drivers license
Must be at least 21 years old
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Proven sales or customer service track record.
Preferred Prior Sales Experience
Knowledge of the beverage market preferred
Additional language skills an advantage
