The Specialized Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying and engaging top candidates with niche skill sets to support unique client hiring needs. This role requires deep industry knowledge and advanced sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines and contribute to strategic hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specialized role requirements and align sourcing strategies with hiring goals.
- Post compelling job ads on targeted platforms and manage applicant flow across sourcing channels.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing toolsjob boards social media networking campaigns and direct outreachto identify and engage highpotential candidates.
- Build and maintain talent communities to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research on talent availability salary benchmarks and industry trends to inform sourcing plans.
- Prescreen candidates to assess qualifications experience and alignment with team culture.
- Provide insights to hiring teams on candidate market trends and consult on sourcing approaches.
- Promote the employer brand highlighting company strengths and career opportunities within the niche market.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity in ATS and CRM systems.
- Stay current with sourcing best practices tools and technologies to continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
- Support inclusive hiring by sourcing diverse talent and fostering equitable candidate engagement.
- Recommend process enhancements to streamline and elevate the sourcing function.
Qualifications :

Education
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sourcing or recruiting ideally with exposure to the Life Sciences industry.
- Proven track record in sourcing for specialized roles or niche markets.
Skills & Exposure
- Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches Xray data mining and sourcing tools/extensions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with hiring teams.
- Solid research and market analysis capabilities to understand talent landscapes.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive data securely and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
