Market Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and target clients.
Analyze market trends competition and customer needs to refine strategies.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling networking and digital platforms.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Assistance with sales and agreements:
Coordinate with marketing teams to create campaigns that attract potential clients.
Assist with creation of proposals and presentations
Keep agreements in compliance for company and followup with customers for renewals
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Provide insights and suggestions for improving business development strategies.
Key Performance Indicators:
Number of new clients acquired.
Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
Conversion rate of leads to successful deals.
Qualifications :
Eligibility:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field
Experience in the IT or software services industry is highly desirable.
Required Skill Set:
23 years of experience in business development in the technology or IT services sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
