Job Description

Department Overview

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our established practice in Astoria Oregon.

As an CNM with CMH you will join an evidenced based practice in a thriving and supported environment. We offer an exceptionally collaborative practice where comprehensive quality time with patients is a priority.

Practice Details

  • A fourday work week.
  • Mix of both obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Shared call OBGYN back.
  • Patient population specifically expressing desire for midwifery care.
  • Collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on helping patients feel safe and heard.
  • Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives.
  • Hiring incentives including commencement bonus and relocation.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters of Nursing
  • ACNM AMCB or ACC certification as a nursemidwife.
  • Ability to obtain active license with Oregon State Board of Nursing
  • DEA Certificate
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
  • Two years of clinical practice experience preferred.
