Job Description
The Research Manager in collaboration with the Centre Director and Senior Research Manager is responsible for:
providing administrative support for the implementation of research projects conducted in the Centre;
assisting with the grant application and awarding processes;
managing documentation and reporting processes;
assisting with the development of Centre policies and procedures;
liaising with other staff;
representing the Centre to external parties;
other duties as required.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Work experience / Education
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Minimum three years of experience in education research management or related field
Professional competencies
- Fluency in Kazakh Russian and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of an intercultural team;
Ability to take initiative and liaise with a wide range of people;
Ability to represent the Centre professionally to diverse audiences;
Commitment and integrity.
