Reporting into the Payroll Manager the Pay Master will be responsible for the management processing and accuracy of their assigned payroll process.
What youre responsible for:
- Overseeing and participating in the payroll processing process to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax and labour laws for over 3000 employees.
- Coordinating all operational payroll activities.
- Proposing and implementing improvements to optimize payroll process.
- Ensuring payment deadlines are respected.
- Mentoring other of the payroll team to improve efficiencies and knowledge of the process.
- Serving as a point of contact with tax authorities and government agencies.
- Working closely with finance and human resource departments to ensure close communication.
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have 10 years of payroll experience.
- You have full cycle payroll experience.
- You have knowledge in Payroll platforms. Dayforce would be considered an asset.
- You are bilingual in French and English.
- You have Strong Knowledge in MS Excel.
