Job Description
We are looking for a driven and strategic AWS Business Development Manager to lead new business development and drive AWSbased solutions for NCS. This role focuses on acquiring netnew customers while also growing and nurturing existing accounts. You will play a key role in evangelizing NCS Australias AWS capabilities working closely with clients partners and internal teams to deliver cuttingedge cloud solutions.
As the AWS Business Development Manager you will manage the entire sales lifecyclefrom sales planning and prospecting to closing deals and fostering longterm client relationships. You will collaborate with the core NCS sales team AWS and key partners to develop growth strategies and expand NCSs presence in the Australian market.
Beyond new business acquisition you will also maintain and expand key account relationships identifying opportunities to farm and grow existing clients. Acting as a trusted advisor you will bring together presales delivery and advisory teams to craft tailored AWS solutions that meet client business needs.
With a deep understanding of enterprise challenges and cloud adoption trends you will work alongside NCS Client Service Units and Lines of Business (LOBs) to shape solution offerings and compelling value propositions for current and future clients.
Qualifications :
- Extensive business development and sales experience in a systems integrator and/or technology consultancy
Strong track record in new business acquisition (hunter mindset) and account growth (farmer approach).
Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud transformation strategies.
Excellent client engagement negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
