Job Description

Job Summary: To inspire and prepare each and every scholar with the confidence courage and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning.


Plan guide evaluate and revise MTSS academic interventions including training staff in the delivery of academic interventions monitoring the fidelity of intervention instruction and monitoring scholar data to identify those in need of additional academic support; serve as a team member to support MTSS socialemotional intervention; support staff in meeting the academic needs of scholars including facilitating and supporting PLTs in analyzing assessment results and making instructional decisions assist with the implementation of culturally responsive teaching strategies facilitate teacher collaboration and observation of peers and provide professional learning; serve as the lead for all aspects of standardized testing. Ability to be flexible with work hours to meet the needs of the district and building at the discretion of the supervisor.

Instructional Assistant (IA)
 
Minimum qualifications include: 

 
  • MN teaching license in appropriate a valid MN teaching license in another field and willing to obtain an Out of Field Permission.*
  • If not currently licensed must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2.*
