Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Painter to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As a Painter in our organization you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces ensuring highquality finishes that meet our clients expectations.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding and applying primer as needed
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint stain and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes rollers and sprayers
- Perform touchups and repairs on existing painted surfaces
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring proper care of tools and equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns
- Assist in estimating paint quantities and materials needed for projects
- Stay updated on new painting techniques and products to improve efficiency and quality
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in painting or a related field
- Proficiency in various painting techniques and knowledge of different paint types and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and color matching skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and resourcefulness in addressing challenges
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated responsibility selfmotivation and proactivity in completing tasks
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Customerfocused attitude with a commitment to delivering highquality results
- Safetyconscious mindset and adherence to workplace safety protocols
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various job sites within Doha
- Trade qualifications or certifications in painting are preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for calculating paint quantities and measuring surfaces
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications is a plus
