Job Description
ServiceNow is currently looking for a Financial Reporting Manager based in our office in Hyderabad.
The person will be responsible for the daytoday international financial reporting activities including preparation of statutory financial statements and all related notes and audits
What you get to do in this role:
- Preparation/review of statutory financial statements and all related notes in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS/IndAS/Local country GAAP) and regulatory disclosure requirements.
- Review of balance sheet reconciliations identify GAAP adjustments and respond to auditor queries.
- Work with internal and external auditors and with internal teams to provide requested information and assist in execution of the statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies staying abreast of changes in regulations and standards and implementing necessary changes.
- Capable of working to stringent statutory deadlines and ensure all statutory deadlines are met whilst ensuring accurate deliverables and to be flexible to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Work on special projects financial surveys analysis requests adhoc reporting and other tasks as assigned;
- Continuously evaluate accounting processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements to process efficiency.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Chartered Accountant with an experience of 58 years post qualification working in a similar environment with a proven track record in financial reporting and or statutory audits.
- Experience in Big 4 public accounting firm and/or Multinational Corporations (MNCs) preferred.
- Extensive experience in India statutory and tax audit strong knowledge of Companies Act and India IFC/SOX and preparation of financial statements.
- Experience and strong knowledge of IndAS/ IFRS with the ability to stay on top of changes in guidance.
- Experience in SOX reporting/ internal controls preparation preferred.
- Experience with SAP and Workiva is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office software including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills; and ability to work effectively as a member of a team of diverse individuals.
- Great ability to work independently selfstarter highly motivated cando mentality; and
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments effectively and efficiently in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
