Job Description
The Location Accountant will perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure that all discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner assist in preparing budget reports forecasts and variance analyses for locationspecific financial performance.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: 38000
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes for the location ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers and internal departments to address any discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and company financial policies
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax filings including VAT returns and other relevant tax documents.
- Provide administrative support to senior finance team members as needed.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in accounting or finance preferably within a locationbased setting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a must).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Ability to work independently prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
