We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outreach Coordinator to lead community mobilization efforts and ensure active participation in our women-focused development role is pivotal in building strong grassroots connections driving awareness and supporting program implementation across districts.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilize the women in the assigned territory to participate in the program.
- Build partnerships with colleges SHGs Panchayats Womens groups Local influencers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct awareness campaigns and sensitization activities in rural and semi-urban areas.
- Distribute promotional materials including flyers posters and manage WhatsApp campaigns.
- Maintain strong communication channels with community partners and participants.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of interested and registered participants.
- Ensure accurate attendance tracking and documentation for all sessions.
- Support participant registration onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Assist in setting up training batches and preparing necessary materials.
- Provide additional learner support and track individual progress.
- Help organize exposure visits and marketplace training for participants.
- Maintain records of outreach activities participant engagement and training outcomes.
- Prepare periodic reports to track progress and impact.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and networking abilities.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 yrs) in community outreach especially in rural or semi-urban settings.
- Familiarity with local demographics and cultural contexts.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate large-scale mobilization efforts.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (MS Office WhatsApp Google Forms etc.).
