- Lead the opening of Monicas rooftop bar from setup to full swing.
- Design and develop a standout beverage program that blends timeless elegance with modern edge.
- Build train and inspire a team of bartenders and floor staff who share your passion for exceptional service.
- Establish smooth efficient bar operations from stock control and supplier relationships to daily service and compliance.
- Create an atmosphere thats warm stylish and buzzing with good energy day to night.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and hotel leadership to align the guest experience across the venue.
- Stay ahead of trends while staying true to the Monica brand always innovating never compromising on quality.
- Be the face of the bar welcoming regulars connecting with the community and setting the tone for service.
Qualifications :
Were looking for a host leader and drinks visionary in one:
- Youve managed premium bar operations before ideally with experience in openings or rooftop concepts.
- Youre a creative mind with deep knowledge of spirits cocktails wines and all things beverage.
- You know how to lead a team with heart purpose and professionalism.
- Youre as strong on the floor as you are behind the scenes from guest engagement to stock and cost control.
- You bring energy organisation and a cando spirit that sets the vibe from the top.
- Youre excited by the chance to shape a venue from the ground up and make it a true destination.
