Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support various departments within the workshop contribute to meeting HSE/Quality targets and customer demands. Tasks in this role include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all HSE procedures are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly
- Strip Pump & Motors as required
- Revise stripped items and confirm they are fit for purpose before passing on to other areas for further work
- Assist with basic machining tasks as required
- Maintain a safe working environment ensuring you and your colleagues are safe
- Work in team environment with minimal supervision.
- Pro actively advise any safety issues or suggestions.
- Communicate part issues promptly as required to ensure issues are dealt with accordingly
Qualifications :
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Proven mechanical knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
- Effective communication skills.
- Forklift license
