Job Description
Description Under the direction of the principal and the fine arts program coordinator the art teacher will teach elementary school classes as scheduled will coordinate art with other curricula and will be involved with all schedule exhibits. ResponsibilitiesTeach a variety of Art Classes at the elementary school level Work with Art department as a team to develop curriculum. Willingness to share the responsibilities of the Art certification in area of artDemonstrated successful teaching in thorough knowledge of elements of art and successful techniques with emphasis on twodimensional and threedimensional products including working in a culturally diverse environment or the willingness to acquire these successful techniques in integrating art program into the curriculum of other to communicate articulately and cooperatively with teachers parents and and sensitivity to successfully mainstream the learning InformationAndover Public Schools (APS) seeks candidates who embody our ethos which includes valuing the identities of all students high expectations for all students teaching excellence collaboration innovation respect and responsibility.
