Work Flexibility: Hybrid
As a Marketing Associate at Stryker you will support various sales training initiatives and programs. This role will be performed during working hours in EST and requires approximately 50% travel.
What you will do
- Support sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year
- Support the onlabel use and promotion of all products
- Support medical educational labs
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Orthopedic Instruments applicable products/product lines and able to field technical questions
- Familiar with the field sales structure and the role of sales in the overall marketing mix
- Collaborate with product marketing field marketing marketing communications and sales teams to ensure flawless execution of programs
- Develop metrics to demonstrate ROI
- Ability to take initiative learn new concepts/processes and improve current processes
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding environment
- Understand basic budget management principles
- Understand the various types of communications objectives and channels
- Identify the various types and formats of communication that are commonly used outside of the organization
- Use appropriate scorecards to track results
- Provide examples of business measurements used in own area
- Support presentations to leaders sales and customers
- Lead the execution of key customer engagements and events that support critical business needs including ensuring compliance requirements are understood and observed
- Demonstrate ownership and integrity of work
