TA Team Lead for Poland & Baltics
Location: Warsaw Poland
Work model is hybrid and we ask to be in the office 3 days/week.

As our newTA Team Lead for Poland & Baltics youll be a key player in theCEE TA leadership team instrumental in shaping the future of snacking in Central and Eastern Europe. Be part of the team that brings beloved brands likeMilka Oreo Prince PoloandDelicjeto snack lovers all over the world!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Whipping up and servingthe Talent Acquisition agenda for Poland & Baltics hitting all the key KPIs.
- Leading motivating and developinga team of superstar recruiters (56 direct reports).
- Collaborating with Business and HR Managersto understand business priorities and teaming up with other internal TA groups to ensure a candidate experience thats sweeter than chocolate.
- Driving the Employer Branding agendain the region to boost our delicious employer profile among external audiences.
- Cooking up fresh market insightsand leading exciting TA initiatives (sessions workshops etc.) with your team to contribute to our overall business success.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Experience inmanaging coaching and developinga teamyoure the head chef in this kitchen!
- A strongTA background and understanding of key TA KPIsprevious recruitment agency experience is the cherry on top!
- Experience inone of the following: FMCG manufacturing supply chain or commercialsectors.
- Stellarstakeholder management skillsand the ability to communicate effectively with Business Leaders.
- Thinking outside the box proactivity and a cando attitudewe love creative problem solvers sharp and smart.
- Excellentcommunication skills sprinkled with transparency openness and respect.
- Full professional proficiencyin English.
