Job Description

Location: Lumpini Bangkok

Type of Hiring: Permanent


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for the companys recruitment services. This role is focused on expanding the client base acquiring new job requisitions and promoting the companys permanent recruitment solutions across multiple sectors. The position is instrumental in achieving business growth targets and enhancing client engagement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to win new clients and secure recruitment assignments.
  • Conduct market research and engage in proactive outreach to identify new business prospects.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals service agreements and client presentations to support business acquisition efforts.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to ensure a smooth transition of job orders for delivery.
  • Maintain an uptodate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities and performance against targets.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings networking functions and industry events.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in business development or sales preferably within recruitment staffing or HR services; prior experience with a recruitment agency is a plus.
  • Strong command of English both written and spoken.
  • Highly driven and selfmotivated.
  • Strong skills in sales negotiation and delivering effective presentations.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and a professional network.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM systems.
