About you

We are looking for a full stack engineer leaning more towards frontend development who is comfortable developing and designing scalable software. If you have experience with modern Javascript frameworks and are looking to build modern scalable software while collaborating with engineers UX designers and Product Managers this is the job for you!

The best person for this job isnt necessarily the one with everything on our wish list but will be the person who shows they can learn collaborate and contribute to our culture.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science related discipline or equivalent experience

• 3 years experience in developing and designing large scale Web applications with high availability and reliability ideally in a SaaS environment.

• Experience with one or more JavaScript UI toolkits such as ReactJS AngularJS JQueryUI ExtJS EmberJS BackboneJS is essential. Our team works on ReactJS and Redux.

• Experience with NodeJS and serverside JavaScript.

• Experience with Java and frameworks such as Spring (or equivalent).

• Experience with both relational and nonrelational databases.

• Experience with a version control system (Git preferred SVN Perforce or CVS experience acceptable).

• Experience with Agile (preferably Scrum) & Testdriven development is a bonus.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to troubleshoot software problems.

Bonus points:

• Familiarity with TypeScript

• Familiarity with using Docker for development.

• Familiarity with UI testing tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress Karma etc.).

• Experience with WebSocket communications.

• Experience with CI tools (Jenkins AWS CodeBuild)

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
