The role

As a MultiSkilled Joiner you will complete all repair and improvement work safely efficiently and to client satisfaction. Youll communicate effectively with internal office staff colleagues managers and customers whilst performing other duties as appropriate to the job level including providing support to colleagues as directed by your manager.

This position suits a highly motivated enthusiastic person who can work in a fastpaced electrical environmentto make decisions and complete tasks using their skills and knowledge.

The right fit

• Youll be competent in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be joinery):
  • Joinery
  • Plumbing
  • Plastering
  • Tiling
  • Roofing
  • Glazing
• Youll have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core trade or equivalent
• Youll have a full UK driving licence
• Youll possess fantastic teamwork ability and communication skills
• Youll have full awareness of relevant H&S requirements
• Experience of working within a Housing Association environment and managing repairs would be desirable
