Shift: Shifting (mostly night shifts)
Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)
Qualifications:
- 12 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in general customer service (postsale tech and nontech support for business and consumer).
- Experience with remote customer service (phone chat text).
- Call center experience with highvolume lowcomplexity inquiries.
- Experience analyzing and resolving customer issues (office setting lower volume complex inquiries).
- Experience in distribution center customer service (returns field service support).
- Experience as a liaison between customers and production/distribution for orders.
- Experience providing technical and nontechnical support in a walkin service center.
- This is not a salescompensated role.
- Must have a strong understanding of the relevant area and handle specialized projects following guidelines.
