Job Title: Pediatric Physician
Location: Clinton Missouri

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physician to join a growing healthcare team. This fulltime position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering patientcentered care and committed to promoting the health and wellbeing of the pediatric population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality medical care to pediatric patients from newborns to adolescents.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric conditions including acute and chronic illnesses.
- Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
- Participate in community health initiatives and educational outreach programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $300000 guaranteed
- Incentives: Productivitybased bonuses available
- Loan Repayment: Eligible for National Health Service Corps and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs

Work Schedule:
- Fulltime permanent position
- Call schedule: 10 days per month including weekends and holidays as needed
- Flexible schedule designed to support a healthy worklife balance
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
- Boardcertified or boardeligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Missouri
- Interest or proficiency in roboticassisted surgery using the da Vinci Xi system (preferred but not required)
