We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team and help us continue to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.
Position Overview:
As a BCBA at Confident Staff Solutions you will play a vital role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with behavioral and developmental disorders. You will work closely with our team of therapists educators and caregivers to assess clients needs develop treatment plans and monitor progress. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for clients
Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
Collaborate with caregivers educators and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment plans
Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and treatment plans
Stay uptodate on the latest research and best practices in the field of behavioral analysis
Participate in team meetings and provide input on client cases
Qualifications:
Must be a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral and developmental disorders
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
Proficient in data collection and analysis
Must pass a background check and drug screening
