Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments developing treatment plans and implementing evidencebased interventions for clients with behavioral and developmental disorders. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients behavioral and developmental needs
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals
Implement evidencebased interventions and behavior plans to address clients needs
Monitor and track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Collaborate with other members of the treatment team including therapists teachers and parents to ensure coordinated and effective care
Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members on implementing behavior plans and interventions
Maintain accurate and uptodate records and documentation of client progress and treatment plans
Stay current with latest research and developments in the field of behavioral analysis and apply them to practice
Participate in team meetings case conferences and other professional development activities
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA with individuals with behavioral and developmental disorders
Strong knowledge of evidencebased interventions and behavior management techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Proficient in using technology and electronic recordkeeping systems
