Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and support our Data Governance and Quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management practices with proven experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks that ensure the accuracy integrity and security of organizational data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity quality and security.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify and rectify data issues.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data governance standards are met across the organization.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on data governance and quality best practices.
- Monitor data usage and compliance with data governance policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data governance and quality processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in data governance and data quality management preferably in the banking sector.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in data governance or data quality management is a plus.
