Job Description
What youll do
Schedule phone video and onsite interviews across all teams and offices at Candid Health.
Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams delivering a whiteglove experience at every touchpoint.
Manage lastminute scheduling conflicts and adjustments quickly and efficiently.
Partner with recruiters hiring managers and interviewers to streamline scheduling and logistics.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Ensure job postings are accurate consistent and up to date across all channels.
Support candidate experience initiatives such as updating email templates in Ashby or coordinating feedback collection.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communicator with a passion for delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing needs.
Proactive problemsolver who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Ashby Greenhouse Lever) is a plus.
Interest in building and improving recruiting processes as we scale.
Pay Transparency
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $72000 to $88000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including jobrelated skills experience/qualifications interview performance market data etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity sales incentives (for sales roles) and employee benefits. Given Candid Healths funding and size we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
