Job Title: Programme Communications Lead
Salary: circa 75000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Communications Lead with a proven track record in largescale transformation programmes. As the Programme Communications Lead you will spearhead the development of the communication strategy and plan for a multiyear multivendor Strategic Transformation. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring effective communication promotion engagement and involvement both within and outside the organisation.
A bit about the job:
The position holder will ensure employees understand Plan As future growth aspirations and the transformation journey. They will keep employees engaged with ongoing changes fostering a positive view despite the pace and scale. Collaborating with the programme team they will translate build detailed plans for all communication activity underpinned by a comprehensive multiyear communication strategy. They will optimize communication opportunities to generate excitement and engagement whilst recognising and addressing delivery impacts and sensitivities.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Strategic Leadership:Experience in leading communication strategies and plans across largescale transformations.
Initiative and Innovation:Ability to take the initiative and develop successful communication plans.
Stakeholder Management:Proficiency in working with multiple stakeholders up to CSuite level.
Influencing Skills:Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a complex highly regulated financial services environment.
Proactive Planning:Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and develop successful communication plans.

Starting salary:Circa 75000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
