Overview of the role
The Product Business Partner (PBP) supports AXA Group Operations in its ambition to become a truly global service provider by building a bridge between the local Entities and the global Product Teams.
With sound knowledge of the Products and local context of entities in the scope of the French Market the Product Business Partner can ensure a sense of proximity on the side of the Entities and feedback to the Products.
In French Market Product Business Partner is the Partnership component of the product in charge of the link between the 22 entities in scope and the global Network product and He/she works with the entities in synchronization with the Accounts Managers
He/she will be part of a very dynamic human size team and strongly customeroriented colleagues that cover some other global products (Workplace Cloud Distributed Cyber Defense and Identity).
So the Product Business Partner for Network is the product representative of Network product family to the French Market entities. Its good customer knowledge of the Network products and the local context of the entities within his/her scope enables him/her to:
carry out GOs strategy while ensuring standardization and proper consideration of the entities contexts
to articulate the benefit of AXA Group Operations Network products in front of the Entities and help enable accelerated deployments and proper Network products adoption
He/she is also the point of reference and the disseminator of knowledge on Network products within the entities and the French Market.

AXA Group Operations operates across more than 15 countries and comprises around 7000 staff members.
Job Purpose
Relationship Management
Ensures a close relationship management with Products and French Market Entities being a preferred partner for both and focusing on Product adoption topics
Be able to influence product strategy opco business issues and propose product improvement plans
Collaborate with the product development teams to bring entities business requirements and contribute to cobuild product roadmap deployment
To steer and monitor product adoption on French Market entities scope focusing on mandatory Class 1 and Class 2 products from ideation for new products & major evolution and sunset.
Build the product adoption plan in synchronization with product teams Account Managers and entities (including AXA France subsidiaries)
Steer specific product adoption follow up for AXA France et AXA Partners (Skyline Handover activities to French Market) to support Account Managers in monitoring (Dialogs C level etc.) on quarterly basis
Regularly collects customer requirements and feedback to ensure good product integration and continuous improvement
Provide advisory consulting and be able also to challenge products and entities on target deployment defined
In synchronization with Account Managers manage and follow up entities operational product escalations bridged with AXA GO Products and Service Delivery Management teams
Regularly share product information/updates to Account managers in order that FM can speak from one voice in front of entities
Product lifecycle Management contribution
Understand AXA GO TDO Strategy Data and Security Program strategy and how this translates into local entity context
Get product knowledge from the ideation phase onwards by ensuring the right product/program governance (go tom and nongo tom) and sharing information in a simple structured way within the FM and towards entities (Focus GPC pipeline GPC 2.0)
Promote also all Global final Products in the Entities delivering and supporting Product adoption decommissioning and refresh where needed
Facilitate product integration in entity context participating in the construction of roadmaps supporting to identify cross product interdependencies
Support and explain nonfunctional aspects such as target operating models service levels and Security/compliance requirements (with the support of the Account Manager when required)
Volume and Financials activities
PBP works with the Products in synchronization to the account managers to retrieve entities volume trend/hypothesis and actuals ensuring e a sanity check of the data and clarify accordingly
Supports Product Team Finance & Account Manager within the explanation of products recharging items (Volume allocation keys direct allocation licenses.)
