Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated DME Professional to lead the growth and oversight of our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) program. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in managing operations creating development models coordinating with medical staff and driving program success. This person must be able to effectively develop implement manage and track the success of the DME program. The position includes working with doctors on streamlining ordering inventory as well as a team of Specialists to dispense DME and provide patient education. This manager demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills as well as curiosity and drive.
Heres What You Can Expect
- You will work with Physicians on DME preferences for streamlining ordering and inventory management.
- You will work closely with the leadership team to develop implement manage and track the success of the DME program.
- You will lead and serve with a small closeknit team of professionals you can rely on.
- You will work closely with our doctors and staff to provide the excellent level of patient care that DMOS patients have come to expect.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in DME! You have prior experience with fitting orthopaedic braces and splints and an understanding of the insurance payment/prior auth processes.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate. You will calmly provide reassurance when patients need answers to their question related to your division. You know how important it is to listen ask questions and avoid interrupting your patient.
- Independent worker. You know how to keep yourself focused and when to ask for help.

Compensation and Benefits include a full health and welfare package profit sharing 401K and potential for bonus based on division growth. This role is an exempt level position.
