Job Description

An established Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program in Arlington TX is seeking a dedicated Obgyn physician to join as a fulltime Program Director. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape the next generation of Obgyn physicians in a supportive and collaborative Candidates:Board Certified in Obstetrics and GynecologyPrevious leadership and administrative experienceComfortable balancing both administrative and teaching responsibilities (50/50)Strong teambuilding and leadership skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesMinimum of three years of experience in graduate medical education including educational and/or administrative rolesRecent scholarly activity is highly encouraged such as publishing original research or review articles in peerreviewed journals or textbooks; presenting case reports or clinical series at professional meetings and participating in national committees or educational organizationsAcademic Faculty Appointments with local affiliated UniversitiesIncentive/Benefits Package:Competitive compensation packageRobust benefits include medical dental vision and 401keffective day oneDynamic physician and clinicianled organizationOptimal staffing ratios with flexible and equitable scheduling optionsArated professional liability insuranceOpportunities for professional development mentoring and career advancementComprehensive education and training on leadership management and clinical best practices including a wide variety of CME programs
