We are looking for a seasonedMicrosoft 365 SME / Architect to lead enterpriselevel Microsoft 365 design implementation migration and optimization projects. In addition to technical leadership this role involves working closely with presales teams to develop solutions estimate effort build proposals and engage with clients during the sales and delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be both a strong technologist and a businesssavvy professional who can translate client requirements into scalable secure and costeffective Microsoft 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Delivery:
Architect and implement endtoend Microsoft 365 solutions covering Exchange Online Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
Lead complex migrations including Exchange onprem to Exchange Online tenanttotenant transitions and Teams/SharePoint consolidations.
Assess existing Microsoft 365 environments for security compliance and operational maturity.
Develop HighLevel Designs (HLDs) LowLevel Designs (LLDs) implementation guides and runbooks.
Support integration of Microsoft 365 with thirdparty services and enterprise applications.
Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices compliance frameworks and governance models.
PreSales & Solutioning:
Collaborate with sales and business development teams during the presales phase.
Analyze client requirements and propose suitable Microsoft 365 solutions and architecture.
Prepare detailed effort estimates resource plans and implementation timelines.
Build and review technical and commercial proposal documentation.
Participate in RFP/RFI responses and customer solution presentations.
Join client calls and meetings to present solutions clarify technical aspects and address queries.
Mentorship & Enablement:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants.
Conduct knowledgesharing sessions and help build internal capability around Microsoft 365 technologies.
Review deliverables from team members and ensure quality and consistency.
Required Skills & Experience:
15 years of IT experience with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies; 10 years specifically with Microsoft 365.
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 workloads: Exchange Online Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive and Microsoft Entra ID.
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager Conditional Access MFA and mobile device management.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance: Microsoft Purview DLP retention Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
Experience with PowerShell for administration and automation tasks.
Handson experience with tenant migrations hybrid identity (Azure AD Connect) and crosstenant collaboration.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing governance and lifecycle management.

Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps) and Graph API.
Exposure to proposal tools and effort estimation techniques in a services environment.
