In 2023 the company launched Phone (2) to wide acclaim from its community the media and design enthusiasts and in 2024 Nothing launched its CMF Phone 1 and Nothing Phone (2a) Series with both receiving an overwhelmingly positive reception.

To date Nothing has sold more than 7 million units worldwide across its product lines having released five audio products five smartphones and two smart wearables under the Nothing and CMF by Nothing brands. The company has amassed a cumulative revenue of $1 billion.

The Role:

As we continue to grow and expand globally we are seeking a strategic dynamic and resultsoriented Director of Global Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition function globally and across multiple regions including Europe the Middle East India China and Southeast Asia.

Position Overview:

The Director of Global Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in shaping Nothings future by building and leading a highperforming team of recruiters across multiple global regions. This individual will drive the recruitment strategy build strong relationships with hiring leaders and ensure we attract toptier talent that aligns with our company culture and vision.

This role will report to the VP of People (London based) and will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent needs across diverse international markets. You will be a key player in scaling our workforce and ensuring we continue to hire the best talent across a variety of disciplines at a rapid pace. Critical to your success will be forming strong partnerships with our global leadership team as well as with our People leadership team for best practice and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nothing as a Talent Magnet: We are building a transformational work environment where the most creative people are making tech fun again. And we will need you to truly drive and nurture those connections with our communities and the best talent out there.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop a global team of talent acquisition professionals across Europe Middle East India China and Southeast Asia. Foster a collaborative highperformance team culture while promoting operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Nothings business goals and growth objectives across diverse geographies. Drive sourcing recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts to attract worldclass talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership hiring managers and People business partners to understand workforce needs talent gaps and critical hiring priorities. Provide strategic advice on market trends compensation and competitive hiring practices.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Ensure consistency efficiency and scalability across the recruitment process globally. Implement best practices for sourcing interviewing and candidate selection while driving an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement to offer acceptance.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track recruiting effectiveness provide actionable insights and continuously improve talent acquisition strategies. Report on progress and results to senior leadership.
  • Talent Pool Development: Build strong talent pipelines across key functions industries and locations (our offices are in London New Delhi and Shenzhen). Implement innovative strategies to proactively engage with highpotential candidates and ensure Nothing is always topofmind for the best talent.
  • Global Compliance & Market Knowledge: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labour laws regulations and cultural nuances across various regions. Stay current on regional labour market trends and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading global talent acquisition teams preferably in a highgrowth technology company.
  • Strong understanding of global talent markets particularly in Europe the Middle East India China and Southeast Asia.
  • Extensive experience managing teams across multiple regions and time zones with a demonstrated ability to drive results in diverse cultural environments.
  • Indepth knowledge of talent acquisition technologies applicant tracking systems and data analytics to measure recruiting performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A strategic thinker with a handson approach and a passion for finding innovative ways to attract top talent.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition are a plus.
