The Role: Compounding Stock Controller

A great opportunity has become available for a Stock Controller to join our Compounding Team in a Fulltime Permanent Contract on site at our Canning Vale Facility. You will be responsible for the following:

Pharmacy Operational Hours: 07:00 am 18:00 pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining inventory/stock

• Managing stores daily scheduling meetings and ensuring training is rolled out to the stores team

• Purchasing Baxter lines from Distribution Centres and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)

• Assisting pharmacy with daily production needs

• Transferring stock to other pharmacy sites if needed

• Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Implantation of lean in store area

• Organising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stock

• Entering bills into Coupa

• Liaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessary

• Managing and Coordinating Monthly stock takes

• Other pharmacy duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrate leadership qualities

• Experience in a similar role essential.

• Computer literacy

• Forklift / Walkie stacker Experience

• Ability to adhere to procedure with good attention to detail.

• Data analysis and reporting

• Good communication and people skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team and under pressure.

• Good time management skills.
