Qualifications
As a Porter you will have the responsibility of...
- Providingmeticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations including cutting grass cleaning pay machine shelters removing debris and trash and installing or moving signage
- Communicatingeffectively with customers and coworkers
- Performingall designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
- Maintaining equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
For our Porters we look for...
- Flexible availability including overnight and weekends
- Selfmotivated responsible reliable and detailoriented
- Proven compliance with policies and procedures
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
