Job Description
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and were looking for talented people who want to help.
Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Youll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. At AWS Infrastructure Services were seeking a collaborative and innovative TIPM to join our diverse team. Youll tackle complex supply chain challenges ensuring reliable and costeffective delivery of critical cloud infrastructure.
In this role youll develop creative solutions to improve supply chain performance working with crossfunctional teams across AWS. Your analytical skills and business acumen will be key in addressing intricate global supply chain issues.
As a TIPM youll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the scalability and sustainability of AWS cloud infrastructure. Youll collaborate with teams in operations engineering product management and finance to translate your strategic vision into reality. This position offers autonomy and the chance to contribute meaningfully to the growth of Amazon Web Services.
Key job responsibilities
Work cross functionally and lead the development of key programs designed to improve supply chain performance
Develop innovative solutions to unique problems
The ability to manage program execution management
Metrics reporting on program effectiveness and impact across the supply chain

Your day might involve analyzing supply chain data brainstorming with crossfunctional teams presenting findings to stakeholders and refining implementation plans. Youll balance strategic thinking with handson problemsolving always keeping the customers needs in focus.

3 years of technical infrastructure management experience
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e. network data center hardware software)
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
Anticipates identifies and drives resolution of technical challenges and interdependencies to prevent downstream problems
Selfmotivated problem solver; able to thrive in a fastpaced and customerfocused environment adapts to change quickly

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
