Know Your Rights: Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Campus Relations Lead to join our growing team! At Prime Healthcare our Talent Acquisition Campus Lead requires a blend of recruitment expertise & experience analytical thinking skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a group of local healthcare facilities. They play an important role in the selection process contributing significantly to building relationships with Prime facilities leaders & educators as well as local and national partners in higher education specifically accredited Nursing schools and clinical programs.
The Talent Acquisition Lead Campus Relations is responsible for relationship building increasing employer branding and awareness identifying and attracting top talent from universities and local colleges in support of the organizations externship programs as well as immediate and future vacancies for upcoming and/or newly graduated clinical staff. The TA Lead coordinates and manages all aspects of the campus recruitment process including event planning logistics and followup activities.
The TA Lead provides regular updates and reports to hiring managers and senior leadership on recruitment activities progress and challenges. Additionally the TA Lead tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies and makes datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Please note: This position is for the greater Chicago IL area and the ideal candidate will reside in the Chicago area. This position will require 4050% travel mostly local areas.
Education and Work Experience:
Required qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
Proven experience as a Campus Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role preferably in the healthcareindustry.
Strong knowledge of campus recruitment strategies techniques and best practices.
Familiarity with healthcarecareers professions and academic programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates faculty members and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and campus recruitment specific sites (i.e. Handshake Symplicity etc.)
High level of organization attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
Must be able and available for travel to school campuses local facilities offsite locations for hiring events and meetings requiring inperson presence.
