Job Description

The National Accounts Subhauler Contracts Specialist will create and execute new customer contracts and renewals minimizing customer attrition locking in favorable terms with clients and providing insights to improve the process.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains and updates contract templates.
  • Ensures that approved contract templates are executed for all customer contracts including renewals.
  • Tracks all customer contract terms and engages the appropriate sales representatives or other stakeholders ahead of renewal dates.
  • Completes customer and service information required for new contracts using pricing quotes and other information obtained from National Accounts Sales Executives and Pricing Analysts.
  • Prepares customer renewals including verifying and updating pricing.
  • Maintains and reports on customer renewal success statistics including coordination with Data Analyst(s) in National Accounts Operations Support as appropriate.
  • Maintains contract repository and audits completeness on a regular basis.
  • Follows and adheres to best practices for all internal processes including opportunity management data quality and accuracy quotes and forecasting.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Prior experience preparing and managing contracts using sales documentation as inputs.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of contracting process and experience driving contracts to completion on time.
  • Understanding of critical contractual terms clauses and financial aspects.
  • Strong process management financial acumen and document management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and tasks from different parties in a fastpaced and changing environment.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated time and task management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel data entry and report generation.
  • Education: minimum of high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelors degree in relevant field preferred.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Environmental Services industry and related services.
  • Prior experience with or knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) and/or document management systems.
