We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to help streamline our recruiting processes and provide a stellar candidate experience.


The Talent Acquisition Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized resourceful and passionate about helping others find the right career opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Recruitment Inbox by replying to inquiries regarding employment in a timely fashion
  • Assist with career fairs references and preemployment documentation
  • Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement efforts
  • Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition team
  • Driving is required

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in the related fields of Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or Communications.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to excellence a willingness to learn flexibility to change and good judgment in decisionmaking and interpersonal relations.
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of confidentiality and professionalism in the Human Resources/Talent Acquisition function.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is imperative.
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong Computer Skills
