The Traffic Control Foreman plans implements and manages all temporary traffic control needs to ensure that safe work zones are set up for pedestrians the traveling public and workers.
Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining work zone safety from start of project to project completion.
Train and lead all team members in implementation of temporary traffic control work zones to ensure team members understand Mutcd standards.
Document all near misses injury and accidents.
Communicate daily with traffic control managers about current job site status/needs.
Perform and document site inspections.
All other duties as required.
Work Environment:
Work is performed outdoors at construction sites (various locations.
Occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds Standing for long periods of time up to 12 hrs ability to safely climb in and out of truck as needed for set ups.

Certified ATSSA TCS (Traffic Control Supervisor) strongly preferred.
Completed OSHA 30 course strongly preferred.
Ensure compliance with applying regulations referencing the MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices).

Class C drivers license
