Job Description
Monitor the quality of finished products during production.
Ensure proper operation of quality control equipment and conduct accurate measurements and analyses during the shift.
Know and comply with regulatory requirements for the products and measurement/testing methods.
Analyze product quality and take actions to improve it.
Maintain quality control documentation and logs for analyses conducted during the shift.
Participate in the analysis of product returns and identify causes.
Learn new measurement and testing methods as well as advanced testing tools.
Ensure the necessary conditions (temperature humidity etc.) for testing with the required accuracy and take corrective actions in case of non-conformity.
Follow safety occupational health and fire safety regulations.
Check expired materials for suitability and provide a report on findings.
Maintain accurate and regular electronic records of technical files (reports images presentations etc.) in local systems (folders databases such as SharePoint AFON) in accordance with Technical Safety Department rules.
Investigate causes of quality deterioration in products and participate in developing corrective measures.
Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of job responsibilities.
