Job Description
Claiborne Senior Living is looking for a dynamic and experienced Traveling Executive Director to serve as a mobile leader supporting our communities during times of transition growth or leadership vacancy. If you thrive in fastpaced environments excel at building relationships and have a passion for senior care this unique opportunity could be a perfect fit.
What Youll Do:
As a Traveling Executive Director you will:
- Step in as the acting Executive Director at various Claiborne communities across our portfolio.
- Provide leadership continuity during transitions crises or periods of rapid growth.
- Mentor new Executive Directors and stabilize community operations when needed.
- Oversee daily operations regulatory compliance staffing and resident care standards.
- Assess community performance and implement action plans for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with staff residents and families while reinforcing our mission and values.
- Support census development financial oversight and survey readiness.
- Assist with corporatelevel projects new openings and crossregional initiatives.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business or related field preferred.
- Licensed Administrator with multistate eligibility or portability.
- At least five years of senior living or longterm care leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills with a proven ability to lead through change.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently often with short notice and overnight stays.
- A natural relationshipbuilder and cultural ambassador committed to service excellence.
- Currently Located in the Southern or Southeastern United States
