Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Commercial Trucking Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial trucking accounts building and maintaining client relationships and driving business growth within the industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial trucking landscape and the ability to navigate complex business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for commercial trucking clients providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns
- Develop and implement account management strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking out new business opportunities within the commercial trucking industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client needs and provide regular updates and reports to management
- Stay informed about market trends industry regulations and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure client satisfaction and company profitability
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding industry best practices safety regulations and compliance standards
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in account management within the commercial trucking industry
- Strong understanding of commercial trucking regulations safety protocols and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong and lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
