Job Description

St. Pascal Regional Catholic School is seeking a dynamic and creative parttime educator to teach Spanish language and culture across all grade levels (PreK 8th). The position offers a parttime commitment with comprehensive Spanish language instruction spanning from PreK through 8th grade. Salary Range: $36300 $85000 annually

Starting salary is determined by the candidates teaching experience and education level
Ascension Catholic Academy follows a structured stepandlane salary schedule similar to public school. The final compensation package will be based on verified teaching experience and educational credentialsand parttime employment status.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Education or related field
Successful completion of background check
Knowledge of and commitment to Catholic School Mission and Philosophy
Demonstrated classroom management and ageappropriate teaching skills
Ability to differentiate instruction and create learning objectives for diverse learners
Proficiency in educational technology and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and collaborative skills with faculty parents and administrators
Active participation in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities
Ability to maintain student confidentiality and demonstrate professional integrity
Dedication to professional growth and emerging educational practices
Experience developing and implementing engaging lesson plans
Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work a parttime schedule including attendance at required school events (graduation holiday programs and other activities as determined by administration)
Sustained mobility to move throughout classroom and school environments for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks required in an educational setting
Full sensory capabilities including ability to speak clearly see hear and respond effectively to students staff and administrators at all times
Ability to fulfill all commitments of the educational program throughout the school year
