You are a specialist in a process workstream or area in Mondelz International Digital Services working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your indepth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a coowner of the development of standard operating procedures you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition you will provide input for training materials ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelz International policies and the law analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

What you need to know about this position:
As a Benefits Advisor you will be a part of My Rewards Team and you will support UK & Ireland markets. The Benefits Admin supports third party Benefit provider on Annual renewal and monthly processes:
System testing
Approving documents and dataflow
Support third party Benefit provider in the following activities:
Benefits Employee Centre cases from employees
Email query from third party Benefit provider helpdesk
Instructions to payroll for benefit cancellations
Monthly payroll files from Benefit provider to Payroll
PO Invoices process for some benefit vendors
Tracking invoices and PO and spend per PO
Benefits vendors queries
Insurance provider confirmation of population and cost
Administration for Employees and Legacy pensioners PMI
Pensioner PMI letters being sent out once a year and register the reply slips with confirmation to Insurance provider
Preparing documents for salary survey provider for our Pensioner PMI end of year
Additional responsibilities:
Evaluates jobs based on Hay methodology updates job evaluation database and communicates outcome to requestor.
Compensation reviews and salary increase for specific group of employees: Performs adhoc compensationrelated analysis and requests.
In the event of projects to the scale of the country or higher can be involved in specific Rewards calculations and assessments.

At least moderate MS Excel skills and strong analytical skills
Initial experience in HR function and/or experience working in an a global organization is a plus
