Job Description
The Training Developer will be responsible for designing developing and delivering comprehensive training materials for ILT sessions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in building training content preferably within the clinical domain and possess a strong understanding of Data Management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design training materials including presentations manuals and interactive content for ILT sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Implement content chunking visual design and learning technologies to enhance training materials.
- Edit and produce video content using video editing software such as Camtasia.
- Create interactive learning tools using platforms like Kahoot! and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure training materials are aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training materials based on feedback and emerging trends.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in building training materials ideally within the clinical domain.
- Strong understanding of Data Management principles.
- Proficiency in instructional design including content chunking visual design and learning technologies.
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Rise and Adobe Suite.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Camtasia) and interactive tools (e.g. Kahoot!).
- Excellent command of MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
