About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to help scale our High Volume Student Facing functions. In this role youll build hiring processes from scratch develop proactive sourcing strategies and partner with business leaders to meet hiring goals. Youll manage candidates throughout the hiring process act as a consultant on recruiting strategies and use data to provide updates to leadership. Youll also ensure compliance in our ATS (Greenhouse) and foster strong relationships with candidates representing our company and values throughout the process.

- Manage FullCycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance ensuring a seamless and effective process for all parties involved

- Required:
- BS/BA degree
- 4 years of fullcycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on hiring for corporate/business roles
- 2 years of high volume recruiting experience
- Proven experience in recruiting top business talent within fastpaced highgrowth environments particularly in the tech industry
- Strong proficiency in using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and ensure data accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract highcaliber candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing methods and recruitment strategies
- Solid business acumen with an understanding of how roles impact broader company strategy and operational effectiveness
- Experience collaborating with business leaders across departments to align hiring strategies with organizational goals and objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
What youll get:
A compensation package that includes a base salary $85000 $115000 equity grant
- Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including but not limited to skills prior relevant experience and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely base salary will be localized.
