You will be responsible for the overall day to day hospital operations of the hospital as well as the strategic leadership planning development direction coordination and control of activity within patient care clinical and clinical support service areas. Works collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a costeffective manner. Plans and directs the short and long range objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and nonfinancial goals. Ensures synergy between people processes and strategies to execute business objectives/goals. Attracts trains develops and retains talent to ensure business needs are met. Drives and builds revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance. Communicates key information to respective stakeholders. Qualifications
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
Required qualifications:
1. Masters degree in Nursing Health Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration
3. Proficiency in computer operations including word processing
4. Demonstrates community commitment
5. Ability to lead at all levels of management
6. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months and then maintain biennially.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $250000.00 to $350000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
