We are looking for a new leader for a key area within B2B the Medium and Large Business unit. My name is Tobias Larsson and I am responsible for Telia Swedens B2B business perhaps the best workplace imaginable!

As a Head of BU Medium & Large Enterprise youll

have the privilege of leading P&L of 4 BSEK catering to customers with about 20 employees all the way up to the complex corporate transactions. BU MLE has a crucial role in defining our future portfolio and customer experience and in helping Telia expand its market leadership.

The unit comprises approximately 160 employees and includes subunits such as Sales Commercial Management Sales Enablement and Business Process Improvement. On top of that there are several supporting functions in other units. The leadership team also includes Business Control ensuring we always understand our revenue and cost development.

You lead and enable your team to profitably grow the business and to provide the best customer offerings and experience for the Swedish market. Your goal is to set and execute ambitious and relevant strategic plans and always have the customers best interests in mind.

Location of the position is in Solna Stockholm.

Your experience:

• Successful leadership experience leading B2B business with proven trackrecord delivering growth and clear focus on results

• Commercial experience from the telecom industry or related sectors

• Knowledgeable in the telecom markets mechanisms business models and competitors

• Experience in large and/or matrix companies is an advantage

• Academic Degree in relevant field

• Fluent English language skills
