Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Manager (Content Design &
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Fulltime Independent Contractor
Timezone: Minimum 3 hours daily overlap with Central European Time (CET)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive techsavvy Marketing Manager to bring a fully developed marketing strategy to life. In this highimpact role youll work directly with leadership to execute across content visuals and digital platforms turning strategy into results.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys handson marketing and wants to grow into a leadership role as the company scales. You ll be expected to handle marketing tools edit shortform video and write sharp effective copy. Key Responsibilities

Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy provided by leadership

Develop content for LinkedIn Instagram and other key channels from outlines or voice notes

Design clean onbrand visuals in Canva (or Adobe) for:

Social posts

Downloadable guides and course materials
-
Clientfacing decks and deliverables
-

Upload and format content in Kajabi (no coding required)
-
Edit shortform video clips using tools like Descript or Adobe Rush
-
Format and finalize documents such as white papers playbooks and brochures
-
Assist with HubSpot newsletters and content distribution
-
Maintain a marketing calendar and organized asset library
-
Collaborate closely with the founder and parttime coordinator for approvals and workflow
Profile Requirements
-
3 5 years of experience in marketing content creation or design
-
Strong eye for visual quality layout and brand consistency
-
Proficient in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
-
Comfortable with Kajabi HubSpot or similar marketing platforms
-
Experience with shortform video editing tools
-
Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Selfstarter with strong organization and followthrough

Comfortable operating independently across various tools and formats
