Meet5 is the largest leisure community for people over 40. As Senior Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the user acquisition of our app via various performance channels optimising and scaling campaigns and using databased insights to continuously develop our strategies. You will manage budgets carry out A/B tests and work closely with our creative team to improve our ads.
In our office in the heart of Frankfurt you will work closely with the marketing and creative team and work with us to ensure sustainable growth. You can expect exciting challenges a motivated team and lots of fun at work!
Tasks
- User Acquisition & Campaign Management: You manage and scale our performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as Meta Google TikTok and webtoapp campaigns in multiple markets and languages.
- Budget Allocation: You allocate the advertising budget across channels target groups and markets to maximise efficiency and ROI.
- Optimisation & Scaling: You improve existing channels test new ones and ensure that our growth remains profitable.
- Data Analysis & Insights: You analyse campaign data derive concrete recommendations for action develop hypotheses on the performance of creatives and work closely with the creative team to continuously improve our ads.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: You will continuously carry out tests across different channels and creatives in order to increase performance in the long term.
- Funnel Optimisation & Strategy: You help us to improve our user journey from app store optimisation to landing pages onboarding flows and paywalls.
Requirements
- Experience: 4 years of experience in user acquisition management or performance marketing with proven success in managing campaigns across various channels such as Google Meta ASA TikTok etc. (experience in the mobile industry a plus).
- Strong analytical skills & knowledge of attribution: You enjoy working with data sets and are familiar with attribution frameworks such as SKAN or platformspecific models.
- Ownership & KPIoriented thinking: You take full responsibility for optimising KPIs love A/B testing and are curious about industry trends.
- Team player mentality: You communicate proactively and collaboratively and believe that shared successes and failures are critical to team success.
- Language skills: German & English at least C1 level
